Regional Field Supervisors

Regional Field Supervisors

The role of a Regional Field Supervisor (RFS) is to support the needs of their counselors, whether it be administrative, on-site training, or related to on-site crises. Each RFS has walked in the shoes of an Outreach Concern school counselor, and is equipped with unique strengths, and passionate about the well-being of counselors, parents, and faculty to foster a team-work atmosphere to ensure that both in-school and agency protocols are upheld. The RFS connects and collaborates with our director, clinical supervisors, counselors, and university coordinators to achieve the universal goal of creating an optimal experience at Outreach Concern.  Each RFS specializes in specific populations, bringing each their specializations in the mental health and counseling field.
